250g de farine - plain flour
3 oeufs - eggs
50cL/0.5L de lait - milk
1 pincée de sel - pinch of salt
(1 cuillère à soupe de sucre - Tbsp of sugar, if you're making a sweet batter)
25g de beurre, fondu - butter, melted
